Then don't tell everyone you are a noob? You're missing my point though. Because Demigod is imbalanced in so many of the possible 28 1v1 match ups could feel imbalanced to a "new" player.
Read the game's main page. Genre(s): Team-based action/strategy Demigod is not a good 1v1 game. Demigod is not balanced in the slightest as a 1v1 game. There are no win scenarios in a 1v1. Which is why as a new player, you could have felt you got the floor wiped.
This goes in off topic.
This community has been wrong. I've been wrong. We've all been wrong about GPG and Stardock. This is insane. This is going to breathe new life into Demigod. Its more than we've been asking for in 1.2 (Impulse is probably responsible for the community stuff) I too am glad mine and some other's argument prevailed in the clan vs mod priority. The fact you mention Stardock developing content is awesomeness. Does that mean we (may) get the new demigods in August and then yo
Could kryo or Yarlen maybe relay this idea to Frogboy? Unless there's someone else in direct communication with GPG.
Well that's what we want to talk about. Huge updates. As in the 2 additional Demigods. Replays. Modding. What can we expect? Impulse's big update and how it affects Demigod. Can we realistically expect any new maps?
Anything would be nice. These forums are not entirely filled with flamers/trolls.

You could have played a 1v1 with another noob and easily gotten beat. This is not a 1v1 game.
Look at my profile and see. http://pantheon.demigodthegame.com/games/player/22215/ Hmmm. I would say pretty often =)
Whatever format Stardock/GPG would choose I still want this type of constructive conversation. Lets keep this thread bumped with other people who would appreciate this conversation with the devs.
I do not think its fair to generalize the community kryo. There are some great people on these forums who can articulate their opinion well. We care enough about how great Demigod is and could be.
We don't want to talk about balancing. We want to talk about features.
No. The limited time constraints ensure you can't answer every question which usually results in anarchy on the chatroom as people who think their questions are important get pushed to the side while others as what they see as stupid questions get asked. Eventually people get annoyed and start to butt in anyway in an attempt to get heard and slowly devolves the experience into a slanging match. Add to that the dev's won't release anyt
I was thinking that maybe an IRC dev chat lasting even just 1 hour would be great for the Demigod community that allows us direct communication for a bit. I mean a legitimate, flame free constructive conversation moderated with questions and muting. Like say a few people from Stardock to comment on Impulse (never a problem) and even just one dev from GPG. Not sure if we will ever get one but... Who would want that?

It really only helps out the community if Demigod wins.
Yeah ShakeNBake, my parts are getting a little old in the tooth but the 8800GTX has the 768MB of memory.

The one thing that ruined the Quake 3 community and drove a lot of players away was how new players were treated. If you guys enjoy playing this game then it is your own personal responsibility to get new guys up to speed otherwise you are part of the problem and not the solution. Absoleus, just be patient, we

We're not stuck with an "incomplete game" in any stretch of the imagination. Content will be produced and bug fixes will be delivered as promised. Frogboy has simply stopped posting.
Which sucks. I app
