I could be cleaning up Vanilla DS prepping it for release, but that's rather involving and I'm watching football (american) on TV and that's overly distracting and I'm headed out in half an hour to go have some food with a new neighbor I just met earlier today so I don't have the time to be doing that anyway. Stripper girl moved out... Van pulled up one day, everything she had got packed in over the next couple hours and then she was gone. Didn't say bye, didn't even hint
I can't find a video of a cowboy shooting at the ground in front of someone making them dance, but if I could, I'd be posting that.
One would expect that come time for business in Vancouver tomorrow morning someone should be back in the office and able to plug the machines back in.
Vanilla and entrenchment are down, diplomacy is up. Not sure why it keeps happening, but I have a theory it's ironclad trying to get everyone to upgrade to Diplomacy. ;P
The days of suck ass music videos... All of those titty bars being featured and there's not even one girl dancing... Just a few random pedestrians in the crowd... Horrible. I demand a re-shoot.
Stant said he dosent have any problem running any map mith max players, does that mean he has the quality set to low?
No, I actually run them at high most of the time when I'm playing solo (no skyboxes or bloom), and definitely low on everything for online play just to be courteous to everyone else trying to play. I also did say I deal with slowdowns in later stages, though never to the point I get frus
If the 4th faction is crashing when you're playing it and not when the AI plays it, then there's definitely something wrong with it. Probably something that you're activating that the AI doesn't. To check, just build one of everything, ships structures, planet upgrades... Then select each thing individually and select all of it's options one at a time. From experience whatever you last clicked on before the game crashed is the most likely offender since you're forcing
Assert @ c:\gs\entrechment\CodeSource\Enginte/DataStructures/FixedVector .h(155) m_CurrentSize What were you doing at the time, what were the AI's doing at the time, where you shooting it out, was an ability being used, were you clicking on a planet, etc.... Assert messages aren't very helpful unless you know what's going on and then you have probable causes for it to look at. The mesh error might be caused by you re
Here's a tip, if your game works on one server and not the other, then it's the other server with the issue. ;] There have been lots of complaints lately about the vanilla sins and entrenchment sins servers being down or unable to connect to them, so you're not the only ones.
Simpsons, eh? Enjoying those Bullfrogs Bart left behind for ya? ;P
Feed it iron molecules, it'll self destruct pretty rapidly after that.
According to Harpo's research the speed of your RAM plays a big factor in performance. Personally, I drop in frame rates 4 or 5 hours into a game but never to the point where it's unplayable, and I have no issues running any map with the maximum amount of players on my desktop, my laptop however is a different story but it's a few years older and a much less capable system, so it really is a system specific issue. Outside of the reduced graphics options and not building things, yo
Agreed, banned for taxes. No no no no..... That's just the sales tax for when you buy things, that's not talking about the income tax we all pay every year, FICA tax (social security) medicare, and all the other BS that get's yanked out of our paychecks that run somewhere in the neighborhood of 38-45% of your earnings going to places other then your bank account. Then there's property taxes if you own a place, use taxes on top of your utility bills, a whole host of little
Banned for getting an education. Yes things vary by state. The first factor is the cost it takes to ship or grow stuff there. Then you have to add in the cost of laborers or cooks or whatever to get you what it is you're buying... Most importantly, depending on the item, there's a federal tax, state tax, county tax and city tax, all which vary, so like for me, if I buy stuff near my home I pay 8.75% (used to only be 7.25% a couple years ago, damned dem
Banned for wanting pictures and descriptions. Well it is the US so portions are typically bigger, that's why our country has weight issues. By me in Orange County, CA the prices are a little cheaper then that. Depending on if you go to a chain or privately owned place, you can get them for a few dollars a plate with a side, but then again there is a healthy sized Greek population here who'd be pissed at paying so much for food. BTW, if you watch the weekly mailer ads
Yes. There's 8 individual research subjects for both fleet supply and cap crews for each race. For example: RESEARCHSUBJECT_MAXSHIPSLOTSPHASE4.entity This file is for the 5th fleet supply upgrade for Vasari factions, taken straight out of the vanilla sins folder. Inside the file it's just like every other research file (for those new to modding or are curious and have no idea what it looks like, here it is so you can follow along): TXT entityType
First of all, Arizonians are considered Westerners (which sadly lumps us with California). Second, you think that until winter comes.
Unfortunately Northern California ruins it for the whole state... Hippie bastards. Glad I live behind the Orange Curtain...
if you make fleet support dependent on capital ship support This level of control is not available to the modders.
You can, if I'm understanding Quiet_Man's original comment correctly. It is just research after all. If you set the fleet supply upgrade prerequisite to include certain levels of capital ship crew upgrades (such as not being able to research 5th level supply wit
I would assume that if you open up your player faction entity file and changed the music theme count and list to the music you wanted and changed the scare and announcement counts to 0 and removed their options, you 'should' get what you want. Haven't tried it myself, so good luck with it.
Maybe you could drag them to shore in one of your nets?
No rough release date because life makes that impossible. If a date is set then things get worked on in little pockets of free time and then get rushed to meet the deadlines and you get something that's not up to the standards the team likes. If you want an idea of the standards, the diplo 0.7 release, while receiving lots of praise from the players, was a rush job with mistakes. I assume that it got put out when it did because of all of the game updates by starclad (or is i
SHHHHHHH! They don't know it's not yours to put up as collateral. Notice he didn't have any complaints about selling the kids. ;P
Yeah, Ryat's gonna meet me there tomorrow. First we're gonna gamble away his house, and then his kids. It's gonna be a hell of a good weekend.
Yay! Ryat can drive to Vegas without going through check points again now that the bypass bridge is open.
