All right gang, until the IT guys work out the glitch for Karma giving here is a work around. Decrease your page size or zoom to 50% to 75% of normal after you hit the give karma button. Once you decrease the size of the page, the give karma window will be visible to the left of the main panel. Until the fix they fix this minor glitch, the best way I have found is to decrease the page size until you are able to see the karma window and you can type your message and give karma to the recipient. Example, if your page is at 100%, lower to 50%-75% to see karma window..... [e digicons]:thumbsup:[/e]

You need to counter by spreading your cultural influence, meaning broadcast centers, also if you park a couple of Capital ships in orbit, they will counter as well until you build said centers....
