well a pretty clear way to decide would be if the guy thinks he should be in say tier 1 then he should tell us which of the tier ones he can beat. if he says he can only beat one of the tier ones then itll have to be a 1v1 if he thinks he can beat 2 or 3 then 2v2 or 3v3. coming up with teammates should be his responsability since its he's the one challenging. for this system to work the first list the committee comes up with needs to be some what accurate. also thi
