Yes, Rocket Dock is nice. But I use Circle Dock. It takes time to edit pictures but if you edit them one by one without hurrying, you can make a good skins. No work can be done in minutes barring the destructive ones. As you are a student, you won't be getting much time to skin, in that case you can download them. Also you can make skins by using other skin as template. But study first dear.
