First, the URL is not correct. you have http://ftp://files.3dnews.ru/pub/drivers/nvidia/40.41_winxp.exe it should be ftp://files.3dnews.ru/pub/drivers/nvidia/40.41_winxp.exe Also , i didnt see anything on the NVIDIA site about the updated drivers..
