Reply to Worst Multiplayer Service Ever in Demigod Technical Support Demigod Forums

While SD works to correct the problem, I can reccomend hosting a game with a password, then using the ingame IRC chat to find a few people who wants to play and give them the password, that way you can have control over how many tries to connecto to your game at any given time which helps alot. I just returned from an awesome 3v3 game on Cataract btw, This game really shines in multiplayer.

Taking time to look over the descriptions of all your skill, deciding which ones to pick and not, Is something you WILL have to do at start so take the time you need, Everyone is expected to be a noob today so dont bother too much about taking your time. Try finding a demigod you find cool and then stick to him for a while and learn his abilities, try different orders and ways to pick them. Each time the pantheon restarts you will be able to pick what side you play on, this is to prevent people to just switch to whatever side is winning as the metagame gets close to ending.

The reason the ground texture looks a bit bland is because you are fighting on a giant crystal with a giant Deamon enprisoned inside, you can see it through the floor.

Mana, mana and Mana. Start the game with the cheap mana hat +5 mana per sec and the cheap health chest, after that go with the +15 mana per sec helmet and then the +1500 mana and +70% mana regen. after that its probably a ring of Narmoth for the health regen. Erebus is really unkillable as long as you got mana to batswarm out of a dangerous situation, or bite to heal yourself, so you can actually afford to focus mana and not go so heavy on hp items.

Im happt to see Im able to delete almost 70% of the compiled list of changes I wanted for day 0 patch, the last 30% were engine stuff which werent mentioned now but may very well prove to be fixed once I get to try it out :D Awesome work SD and especially GPG, thanks Frogboy for the help with forwarding the forum opinions to GPG. Shatter is a mechaninc linked to Torchbearers deep freeze, it makes it so that if your target got any ice debuffs on him when you use deep freeze on him, he takes extra damage for each of those debuffs. Try casting rain of ice on an enemy and then using deep freeze, at highest rank the shatter deals like 400dmg per debuff on the target.
