Hmm, you forgot cybernetic revolution. And there is always the possibility that an attempted cybernetic revolution will lead to humans being paranoid of sentient AIs and never building them again. This is usually what I follow in my stories, as one would think that smart androids would get smarter faster than humans, and would eventually take over, and this wouldn't be that interesting of a read.

Well, instead of a three second cooldown, you could have a one or two second cooldown. That might help. And I don't have the beta, but I'm glad that this game is looking good already.
