Just gonna change the name back in the account thing, apparently they haven't figured the name changing out yet... Hopefully that will fix it.

This is the error message I get everytime I log on Impulse, not sure if they are related... "Could not log in Invalid Stardock.net account A Stardock.net account does not exist for "_____". You must register that account first" Well it is the same account I just changed the name, it shows me logged in under the new name under the community tab. But won't let me download the update.

I load up Impulse first and it says theres an update in the community tab, but I see nothing on the My Games... I load up Demigod and it tells me to load up Impulse and download the new update, and closes the game. Impulse is not showing an update... I think this is related to me changing my account name, which Impulse still error messages me to register my old name when I log in, even though it shows my new name in the account tab, and shows my registra

This will help alot of people... Any idea if the account name change will affect the ingame multiplayer name, like it does with the forums? Seems to be changing only here, and not in game even, though I'm logging in with the new name, still shows the old name in bottom corner of screen and in game scoreboard.

Same issue here, although it has worked fine since Friday, but I assume that has to do with downloads/server changes/etc... Not to worried... Getting hang up on screen menus in the mulitplayer portion of the menu... Also trying Pantheon get the "found a game, connecting" thing for 4+minutes, my ADD doesn't let me just wait and see. I just figure this will will all be fixed tomorrow for the release. I'd gladly pass out now... If I freakin' didn't drink a pot and a half

I also would like to add... That everytime I start up Impulse I get a error message saying I could not log in with my account name(the orginal one that I changed, tells me to register the old name, I hope this doesn't affect anything), even though it shows my new name in the information tab. This keeps popping up when I start Impulse... And, the name still hasn't changed in game, although currently works on the forums and at least shows on both account info pages.

I think you have to wait til the end of each Tournament season... Which again, I think starts with the release of retail(14th), not sure when they will start it exacty. Again, all those things, I think... Since I did what you did and chose, the wrong side not knowing exactly the details of everything... I think currently right now it's still in a beta tourney... At least that's what the website is showing...

Sounds like you don't like the game... Which is fine. Although you shouldn't be comparing it to DotA as we can tell you must be a fan... It's a different game, not DotA:2. All in all though, at least your post was detailed and well layed out... But again, you're comparing it to a different game. Sorta like all MMORPGs get compared to WoW... Because people are familiar with WOW, they expect other games to be similar or basically a revamped version, with all the features

The manual is nice but it's kinda basic in info... Not much details about things but it does explain general concepts and what not. My only complaint about this game is I can't seem to find detailed information on alot of things... Especially Pantheon. But if that's my biggest complaint... Then that's a good thing.

Didn't play in beta... But from my SP experience tourney, I found normal AI to be a cakewalk, and found Hard AI to be difficult. I'm not sure since I don't have alot of info but I feel Hard AI + cheats(you know what I mean), have faster gold income, more hp, faster movement, etc... I was on the first game of a Hard mode game about 15mns in after pretty much a stalemate... The entire 4v4 opp side was a good 5 lvls above me and while my teammates were 3 below me. T
