Americans are chumps. They heard a slogan and voted for it.
Being an American I guess I should be offended. But all one has to do is see what we pay attention to most and you are right. Who was voted off American Idol, Dancing with the Stars, Family Guy, etc...... We are very intelligent.

Maybe for some it is fear. For most, at least for me, it is simple healthy disagreement.
No sale. People who describe themselves as homosexual have the same laws as every one else. They have equal rights from the day they were born guaranteed by the state and federal Constitutions. What homosexuals get are the same rights as the rest of us. no more, no less.
I tend to agree, and in some ways they have more protection and rights than others, at least in the freedom of speech area. Someone a post or two back mentioned Civil Unions. That would be a

When I came home from work tonight I caught the end of the national news. It was a segment about something called "Highway of Hero's" that exists in Canada. You see, since the War on Terror began in Afghanistan Canada has lost around 70+ soldiers. As I understand there is a long drive to the grave site and it has become something of a tradition for many Canadians to line the highway and overpasses in respect. My point of the matter is this. I never really realiz
This is much more important and meaningful than all the people saying 'Obama's not MY president'. Good on ya.
Yeah, that is almost as lame as when the retarded libs where doing it against Bush. While I agree with the post, I will begin doing everything in my power to deprive the Obama government of my money.

I guess I just dont get it. You all know the deal, the prop 8 in CA to that defines marriage as between a man and a women. It seems that tonight that there is a big protest in LA tonight over it (LA, really? huh!) Personally, I am surprised by the outcome, the stereotypical CA apparently is not what it all cracked up to be. Anyway, I see that the people have spoken in response to judges making the laws.

I have the latest versio if TOA. One thing I guess I have never messed with was upgrading. I tried upgrade on one of my ship designs (leaving items already there option). I could add a new laser, etc. Saved it and then I got a strange screen I had never seen before. Unfortunately it is gone or I would describe it. Would someone please explain how upgrading ships, design, etc works? Am I just upgrading a design or can it actually changed already built ship
No... now it means the "man" is black. Do you really think the "oppressed" will now find salvation here in the US?
According to Obama...... yes But then again, who is "oppressed" in the US?

If you really think much will change, your a fool. This was a election that was won on three things. First, pent up hate for Bush fueled by the Irag war (his fault) and the meltdown of the economy (not his fault, rather the dems). Second, it was purchased through aggresive marketing. There are many sheep in this country who as wow'd by glitz and glamour (ever wonder why Dancing with Stars et al. are so popular?). Third, Obama is black which was the

I guess Ben Affleck and Streisand are moving back in.... Oh wait, they never left..... What we need to do now is find a way to become one of those that does not pay income tax, that will be my goal now. I will control to whom I give my money, not someone who has little experience in such matters.

Happy for the fact that a black man can win the election in this country. However, terrified of what the inexperienced man will do.

What if Obama does win? I know, I should assume he wins. Regardless, here is my question. If Obama wins, can we finally do away with Affirmative Action or United Negro College Fund? Those programs had a very good purpose. During a time when demonstratable racism was all around these programs were greatly needed. But over the years the need for them seems to have gone away. And now, a black president. The highest job in the land. Doesn't

I am right there with you, I will be looking for and taking advantage of every single "loophole" I can find. I will not have my money taken away and given to those who do not deserve it. I certainly do not mind helping others or certain initiatives, but I will do it my way. I will most likely ratchet up my giving to specific charities that I believe in. Doing this will greating reduce my taxable income. Then it goes to who I say, not what Obama says.

Sigh, Well after thumbing his nose at the leaders of the country and going on his own in an attempt to forment peace in the middle-east it has become clear that former President Carter has accomplished nothing. Nothing more than wasting taxpayer money on his little junket. Maybe he is getting a little senile or maybe he is searching for relevance but whatever the reason at least he did not get killed for his foolishness. No, instead of forging anything he was simply u

I recently discovered Digg.com I am sure that most of you have been users (diggers as I believe they are called) of the site for many years. Or at least readers of the site. There are many humorous and not so humorous things on the site. A great place to waste your time I guess. One thing that is very apparent about the website is that most of the contributors apparently are junvenile or simply immature. Lots of "adult" humor, sexual humor, bathroom humo
