I have Vista running on 4 machines, no problems. I am really enjoying using it. It is possible to do a clean installation with an Upgrade version of Vista. Launch the Vista installation from within XP. Select Install Now and then select clean installation option. Vista then stuffs everything from your old XP installation (and I do mean everything; software, drivers, and XP OS itself), into a folder called "Windows.old". Betas 1 and 2 and the RTM worked very well on my system. I'll be upgrading immediately, (in fact, Amazon just notified me that my copies have been shipped and will arrive later today.) The advantage of Ultimate from my point of view is the Family Pack, wherein I will be able to purchase 2 additional licenses for Home Vista Premium at a cost of between 50 to 100 dollars each. I've installed PSU's into those Shuttle boxes on 3 occasions. My local parts dealer carries a generic PSU meant for them. I've never actually measured one before but I know they're small (thin and narrow) and can be found in as much as 350 watt outputs.
