Stardock has balance every ship properly, they can't help you if you start making YOUR fleet unbalanced. Its a player's stupidity thats the problem here, not a programming problem. Its called a strategy game you are suppose to build your fleet using strategic intel and actually think about how to make a balanced fleet to counter the opposition.

The 8800 gt is only $139, the 9600 gt is definately cheaper than $150.
PC gaming is dying (albeit slowly) because PCs are to complicated for, well, many people. I find it a bit sad that the majority of casual gamers can't comprehend much more than placing a diskette into a PlayStation 3, sitting on the couch, and begin playing. And kids think: computers? don't you have to buy them?
That's how low all my friends are, they are all console junkies. The o

I don't think Relic cares about SS anymore, it was done by the dieing/ now dead Iron Lore and it was rate pretty bad because it was made on too old of an engine, so why would they bother patching it anymore. I just want them to make DOW 2 at the same quality as CoH and I'll be happy. If they say multiplayer is going to be free, its going to be free, they would get in so much touble if it ended up it wasn't, so they won't pull that. Its going to be great, beside I buy most of my games fo
I'm sure the game is good for consoles, but I'm not sure why anyone would want a conzolized version of Civ4 ported back to the PC.
I agree, it would seem a little watered down if it came back to PC, I'd much rather have that manpower working on Civ 5 instead of wasting time on a port that is dwarved by Civ 4. If I had a console I would get it but its nothing big missing out on this. Its a decent excuse compared to Lucasarts. 2k just thinks we won't like Revolution if it c
Hate to break this to you, but there is IRC (also accessible from SDC) and ICO. Also, if you are a steam user, steam doesn't crash sins and (obviously) "hl2 based games" (Source engine games).
Steam can't run Sins as a shortcut it blanks out all the text. Don't really care as I only have steam for hl2 deathmatch. Steam can run in the background but no messaging in game for chatting gamers in Sins. I like Xfire but I guess I will have to exit it when playing
No Crysis? You'd think that'd be at the top of the list...crysis would skew their branding too much. If it took 30 fps in crysis to get the GAME! branding, then they'd be stuck with a bunch of perfectly good gaming cards (well, they could be better by not being AMD as noted above by mine, but still) that people won't think are any good for gaming. Also, I'd think sins would be better as a cpu benchmark than as a GPU one, personally.
Sins needs multi-core support to be full
Mine777, still i think it would be cool if star systems were replaced with galaxies and planets were replaced by stars that had planets that had resources.
Wouldn't that pretty much become Civ 4: Final Frontier in real time?(It would be cool but I like it concentrated on Planets) But for the OP its a game and its called Science Fiction and the idea is Phase Lanes is the way to get to other planets, the only other way is to Stablize Phase space itself with the Vasari. <

Hoshiko's piss me off the AI on hard, spams them so nothing will die in their fleet. Well it takes forever. I use Kol as my first cap ship as it can take asteriod defense ships easily with a colony ship sitting at the gravity well beside it.

I really find it stupid that people just complain and do nothing. send it in! and it will be fixed. Also quit whining about the minidump, Ironclad has the best game support I have seen and they fix any problems that you give the info to them. Minidumps are good actually because it tells the devs what went wrong, or would you whiners prefer a flat out crash or a BSOD with no info to fix it.

It doesn't do anything its just gives you a nice picture of a literal pony in space in the achievement section. Its a joke back in the beta I think about the Vasari Enemy. Its all for fun enjoy it when you get it but don't worry about it.
Button top left next to the menu button , looks like a camera with a padlock or arrow. You accidently pressed that when it became all screwy?
That is the zoom option I think he mean the angles of the veiwing HUD Did you activate twist camera in the UI options? That will mess some people up as it turns the camera in all sorts of ways. The game really needs a reset camera hotkey (like Company of Heroes) that sets it back to a default view(Devs: Hint, Hint). Doesn't

They really should add something small to the research of wormhole and long range jumps. I hate useless technologies.
