4.2 Build 121 is the one I'm running right now, installed it via SDC and I've had not a single twitch! I'd like to be more helpful but I dunno .... I guess it's hard to duplicate a problem like this. One expects aggro with betas and the damn things are stable, my box is right boring!

The best program is LizardTech's 'Genuine Fractals Printpro 3' for Photoshop. You can (supposedly!) resize up to 600% of the original .... at US$299.00 it should be good!

What version are you using now? Are you sure you were running 4.10 on Win2000 ..... for some reason I think V4 is an XP 'only' version? You should be able to d/l the older version via your Stardock account, if you request your serial numbers then usually there will be a link .... and 4.10 is really the 'current' version.
