Yes teal, you can. just use the vanilla scramble bombers ability as a base, replace the bombers with a frigate of your choice, increase the max time to like half an our or so and there. ill post the file here if you need it

Yes it is actually. a few mods i have seen have "disruption missles", the best of which is in Danman's 7 Deadly Sins mod. it disables both the sublight and phase movement. add to it a disable weapon buff and a cool beam-like effect and it would be perfect

dont worry about the LCARS,ships firing through hulls,etc. just need Ships Fed. reaserch Files (using vanilla reaserch, logistics ,and tactical buildings) String, mesh, and Entity Files.

Hobo, abilities like the repair buff can be added to both frigate and cap factories. I should know, i merged the targeting radar ability with some Gauss guns[e digicons]:D[/e] Enough of that though, Stress will get mad. Speaking of merging, is it possible to get the Federation game and Strings files? I would like to merge them with another mod. just a little tinkerer asking a titan for some stuff please dont hur

the only way i see it is to modify the starting Pirate ship list, otherwise youre on your own
