I defeated a fleet like that quite easily, all you need is to near enough max out fleet supply(2 off the maxed our slot), spam 60 gardas -30 kodiaks and 36 Hosh. I only lost 40 points worth of fleet supply taking that out. I am glad pirates have got stronger, but seige frigs are unbelivable.

Deplomacy is good on single player - which means I am playing single player more then multiplayer (more challenging offline now :)). 1) Jumping empire tree. 'Nuff said. Its your choice, you either buy it or you dont, no ones making that choice for you, and on another note, you cant win just by going civic, its impossible, you need defeneses and fleets, if anyone here can win a diplomatic vicotory without a fleet or without any defense

I just wiped out the entire pirate base with maxed out fleet supply, 40 points of fleet supply didnt make is back home :(, let them be with god now.-po I was shocked to see that a pirate gauss cannon had a 50 point damage, and something like 4500 hp 0_o? where can i buy one of those? lol

yep, deciver is right, i was a massive Advent fan, becuase they were overpwoered, but now, I am back to playing tec. its too easy to rape with advent, if you ask the majorty of players online, advent are really good at raping, but now since the illum bug has gone, i ifnally got back to tec, and actually like playing them again. An illum spammer was a nightmare for tec, now it is much easier to handle.

I dont know if this is a bug, but I noticed in the 1.00 deplomacy patch that pirates have got immensly powerful, so much that 6 seige frigs nearly destroyed my starbase, as the range and wepaons they had were incrediable.
