"I got this scar on my face during a mighty struggle!" Um... "How appropriate, you fight like a cow." Now that takes me back a while.
One more thing to note that each shirt has written across the back of the shirt near the shoulder area, "www.GalCiv2.com" in nice big letters.
Please, add an "Intesive AI" option that would allow the AIs to do things like upgrade ship designs whenever a relevant tech is researched. I respect the desire to make the game accessible to people with older machines. At the same time, I don't think I'm entirely alone in my willingness to spend more time waiting in exchange for a, well, less crippled AI. </TABL
How about posting the video? I second that motion!
When a picture doesn't appear for an entry, it's either because Stardock's XML data does not specify a picture or because a specific picture could not be found. Also, GC2 itself can render 3D model files; I can only show PNGs or similar bitmap files. Nothing I can do on my side to fix this, unless some Stardock guy would tell me which image files to show
I cant see a poll on the left so I'll just add www.eurogamer.net review followed by checking out a Gamespy review before ordering. The poll is only available on the main GalCiv2 site and not in the forums (separate sites). You'll notice the web address. If it says forums.galciv2.com, then you need to be on www.galciv2.com to see it on the l
I remember Wing Commander . . . . I had a Mac at the time, and the only game related to it I ever really played was Privateer (I think...) Privateer was a great game too! I totally forgot about that game. Man, I spent a lot of time playing that game too.
Hmm. I know of XSLT and CSS... is there some other form of XML stylesheet? I'm still a n00b at XML-specific stuff. I did use CSS to help me format the text for porting into table code. You could also use JavaScript to access the XML file using XMLHttpRequest, which would load XML into an object that JavaScript can read. Then you could use
Ideally: - By default it should search the body and author fields as well as title (ie: search *every* field). - Non-default search options could be made available by having an "advanced search" button that takes you to a search page with assorted options. Here's a good forum search page example: Link and another: Link - An author-only sear
Wow, you know.. this game rocks! I really enjoy it. Excellent detail and graphics, loads of fun too!
(Note: Stardock employees, former employees and their relatives have been disqualified because they will get shirts anyway). Yes! I was sad when I saw the winners and my entry wasn't up there... but then, I saw those words. What a relief! By the way, Jaysie's Scavenger Hunt List is pure genius! I was laughing so hard. So where did you find Ji
Well, depends on what you call "a little out of date", I guess. Are 4 days within this time-frame? I didn't see the same thing in any other metaverse account, I calculated a few of them manually and they were all right. I still think it might be related to my resubmitting of scores. Also, if you have any games submitted that are flag
For some reason my metaverse scores don't add up correctly This may be due to server data that is cached. We calculate certain listed stats every few hours. What you might be seeing is some stats that might be a little out of date.

Hey Dark-Star! Are you sure Stardock employees are allowed to enter this competition?.....*goes off to read the small print* Even if by chance I'm not allowed, I still wanted to show everyone that I participated in the contest. I even had may dad hold the box for me while I take the shot. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2/T_DL/smiles/Smile.gi

1024x768 is the lowest res. That res. should be okay. If you need to modify your res out side of the game, you can try running the game in Windowed Mode, or you can modify the .ini file that has the display res. right in it. This should help fix your problem.
This is a test to see if the form can strip out iframe tags. This is text after the iframe.

I'm also having the problem with the Recent Posts thing being off to the left Sorry about that one. I'll make a custom CSS change for Opera users. I'm not sure about the image redownloading issue. I would imagine that is controlled by the browsers, as the image paths and file names on the page do not consitantly change (which might
