Anyone in a hurry around here? ;)

Ok, I need some help figuring this stuff out... Where do I adjust the height/width of stuff?? Here's the issue: I want this; And I get this; It's getting on my nerves. :P
Support for importing OSX icons in mac binary format would be awesome. As for what I wish it'd do.... Read my mind and automatically generate any icon I need made, exactly how I want it. :D
Anyways, laws change and policing the entire internet much easier than you think it is.
About as easy as policing the entire world, and we know how successful *that* has been.
Tho I am drooling over this.. would love to see a matching WB for it..
Can always buy the suite, install it on an XP machine, and hack it into a WB... (If they actually release the vista version it would obviously be a better suite to start with.. :P). It's perfectly legal (here in sweden at least, make *sure* it's legal where you're at before tinkering ). It would obviously be
Quoting Frogboy, reply 1 Unless I'm missing something, Folderview also seems more flexible. Fences has been in internal alpha (it took a LONG time to get this to work on Windows) for years. There are screenshots of it on our site from a couple years ago. It still doesn't answer the (implied) question "When was Fences actually released ?" If, as it appears to be the case, KDE4's Folderview was released
Well it´s really good to hear from an expert! Who can tell me That CursorFXdon´t work on x64!!
I did NOT say they don't work on Vista x64. If you feel the need to quote me, do it properly. Neither OD+ or CursorFX are supported on Vista 64-bit, so writing to support would do me no good. Bashing on my computer knowledge which you don't know anything about won't change anything.
Hehe, this looks a lot like Folderview from KDE4 on Linux.
Actually you got it the wrong way around... It's folderview that looks alot like fences. :D
No itt may be so. But I have Windows Vista x64, Ultimate and it works just fine by m e. Thats why I can´t understand your problems. I don´t want to wind you up. I just think that sometimes it is really easy to think that it is depending on this software whitout check if it is something on your own computer. But when one suggest that it is really easy to be angry and that was not my meaning. I was just tried to help! I beg you
Try putting the icons into the fences rather than put the fence on the icons... If that's not the problem, it's likely a problem because you run a non standard installation (such as xplite, or other hack xp. Install SP3, if you can't, then you DEFINETELY have a borked XP). If *that* is not the problem, you likely got something else that hooks onto the desktop/icons that conflicts with fences. If it is a conflict, YOU need to figure out what the conflict is, and then te
but it's very rude of a company to just "hold back on 2.0" which is supposed to have full x64 support, when there's absolutely no warning on the product page advising new customers of such. When customers DO purchase it, they find they have to jump through 20 hoops just to get the bloody thing to work as "advertised".
Hold back? Uh... There's absolutely no profit in doing such thing, and Stardock *is* a commercial compan
Don't choose to run/open the wallpaper, you need to save the file. I suggest you grab hold of some friend who knows some of the basics about your OS, and ask him/her to show you some simple tricks of the trade.
seeing as bootskin is free, demanding mney back is a moot point
--- Start rant --- It's consistent with the previous troublesome (minor) apps from Stardock. If there's too much issues with it, make it free... It's a win/win situation really... People won't be charged for flaky software, Stardock gets publicity for being cool guys who give out software for free (and it DOES work for most people), and devs
Ha whats with the o face. Your supposed to wait until they come out with the update
Yes, you are. And since it's an easy fix, please, by all means.... Code a systray/taskbar docklet for us that works on 64bit. Easy as pie!
Would be awesome if it was possible to import/export/convert icons in macbinary format (named ._yaddayaddasomething) into something more "windowy"... like .ico.... or perhaps even something else, like png :)
The developers are doing thier level best to make Bootskin an option for all our users. Why would we not?
*pats Zubaz* I know you are... I don't trust anything you say when it comes to release schedules, but I'm confident you're working your *** off to get us the best possible products. It's very easy to see that by looking at how well the stuff that do work does its job. My computer never looked better, and I have yo
I know, but people complaining who have beta or RC patches installed do not help in solving the issue.
If it's not working and you're running vista sp2, don't expect any help... it's the price of using a beta OS.
I also recommend Aveicon (it's free) and will change .png to .ico simply by drag and drop.
I use toycon , it can convert png, bmp, jpg, tga and gif -> ico, you just toss the image into the box and voilá... :P Also free. But I suppose it's just a matter of taste. :P
Todays giveaway may be a gem... (I didn't actually try it yet, but judging from screenshots and such it looks like it's worth trying, I know I will...) http://www.awicons.com/iconeditor/ Get your free license >HERE today! @mickeko (what else ;) ) I've barely begun to tweet though.... We'll see where I end up. :P
because one is now a paying customer, not a beta tester
Actually you agree to be a beta tester by installing beta software... So you become a paying beta tester... *Tough luck, live with it. :P
