Killing people who kill humanity is not wrong.. Such people can't be mended at all.. because they get rabid... what would you do if your dog gets rabid?
It IS wrong, because killing them is far too quick. Better make them regret it for the rest of their lives... People who kill others for "fun" should be void humane treatment.
Here's one that is getting REALLY fancy. The ability to detect that I am playing Sins and need a good ping time and therefore automatically suspends/throttles back so my gaming is not impacted... Of course this won't/can't work if there are multiple PCs sharing the bandwidth as it won't know about the other computer's activities.... I don't have so much to suggest really... Well, I do, but it's things that are more complex than just impulse, I just think outside the box, sometimes even leaving the planet. I'm not very comfortable tossing out my most revolutionary ideas to just anyone though. :D There is one minor thing that annoys me about impulse though. It's the inability to open the orb while logging in... I don't see why the preferences window and restore archive feature need to be disabled while connecting, i
Best Anti Virus software I ever used is Mac OS X
Really? I've used Mac OS X too, and it failed completely to protect my computer from getting viruses... I even tried installing it on my computer, and it didn't even install. So I can safely say that OS X is the crappiest antivirus to never come out from Apple. (Note! The use of the word never in the previous sentence is 100% intentional.... Don't e-mail me about it.)

Seems like they got infested with something nasty on their page... Norton blocked the nasty, and let me browse the page... Score Norton 1 - Avast 0 on usability. It *could* be a false positive, but with 2 detection engines catching it, I wouldn't go to that site unprotected for now.

It's also a real world item that look like this: (wikipedia) I would assume the reason the software is called fences is because it restricts icons within an area on the desktop the way a real fence restrict cows on a field. :D
Microwave ovens heat food by bombarding it with microwaves which transfer energy to water molecules, if your food has dried out somewhat (an occurance more likely with leftovers than flashfrozen burritos) then it would dry from the outside in, leaving the highest concentration of water in the center. So yes, microwave ovens can heat things from the inside out... how did that come into question anyway, has that not been most peop
But I believe you CAN upgrade from XP to Vista, not bother to activate it, and then upgrade Vista to 7. I don't see why that won't work and let you keep your settings, etc. on the same machine.
Not that it's a wise thing to do... Upgrading Windows from one version to another has always caused a lot of grief, I don't see why that would change. :)
Not true. StarForce in various forms has slain a number of CD drives, or more commonly degraded the performance of them. DRM that is that perilous *is* malware... the intent is moot versus such effects.
And microwave ovens heat things from the inside out, and cows fly... Show me a single, documented case where StarForce has been proven to cause hardware failure... You won't find it, because there is

Open up the fences window, enter the "tools" tab, click on the tiny blue "more tools..." link on the bottom of the window. You'll find a checkbox labeled "Enable Fences" there, just uncheck it.

One thing I love about IKEA is that mostly you know what you get... Buy their cheap furniture, and you can rest assured that something will be badly fitting or something is missing... By some weird miracle you mostly end up with a functional piece of furniture anyway though... :P They do have some really well designed and thought through things, some of it dirt cheap too. Oh, and voidcore, hadn't realised that you are svensk... Tjena hejsan... :P

Saying it works doesn't help Mystery any though... Fences wouldn't have been released if it hadn't worked well for a majority of users And this thread was kind of old too... If you want to give praise, why, instead of digging up some old problem thread, not do it in one of the dedicated threads? :D
