I blame ethical events that make you choose good, because if you don't, you lose +100 Million taxpaying civilians. If someone declares war on you, and you are the super organizer, all other races that have the same ethical alignment as you will declare war on the aggressor. This can be a powerful advantage, if used correctly. If you flip it though, and you attack the super organizer AI, every race that has a similiar ethical alignment to them will declare war on you.
