Unfortunately you cannot get any patch version earlier than the latest version if you had not created any prior archives. Going forward, what you can do is archive your installation so that you may roll back to a previous version if ever needed. To do this, click the Impulse orb in the upper left and then click 'Preferences'. Click the 'Archive & Install' listing on the left. You can toggle Impulse to automa

Sins does not appear to be registered under this account of yours. If you have not registered the game, sign into Impulse and click the 'Register Product' button and fill in the info. If you already have the game registered under another account, sign into Impulse with that one to update.
Some form of internet access is required to activate. If you do not have internet access on the machine you are activating on, you can follow the steps on this page for manual activation: http://www.impulsedriven.com/support/alternative_activation.aspx currently the "Website Activation" section is not yet implemented, so you can skip over it and go to the "E-mail activation" section.
andraspp, the games are listed on your account. You should be able to click the 'My Games' tab within Impulse to have access to them. You should not have to manually add the registration. For anyone still having this problem, please send an email to [email protected] so we can sort it out for you.
I do not see Entrenchment listed under your account. If you had purchased with with a different email address you will need to have it merged into your account. Please send an email to [email protected] and list any potential email addresses you may have used so we can do this for you.

In the future, you can try to verify the installation of the game so that it may repair only the part that is necessary. To do this in Impulse, right click on the game in quesiton and choose 'Verify Installation'. This will check all of the files and if it finds something wrong it will tell you and prompt you to update.
We were in office on the 6th. We were off on the 3rd however.
When you email in be sure to include any email addresses you might have used with us. Since Entrenchment does not show up on your account it was likely purchased under a different email and your accounts need to be merged. Thanks!
Anyone still having this issue can either post in here or send an email to [email protected] As we get more into the week we get more caught up and response times become faster.
What Punter17 said is correct. Download and install the full version from here http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe and then sign in with your Stardock.net account.
Sorry for the trouble. The proper registrations should be on your account now. Please sign into Impulse again and click the 'My Games' tab to find them listed.
There is a chance that if you have antivirus/antispyware/firewall software installed that it is interfering with the download and throwing up this error. Try adding Impulse.exe as an exclusion in these types of apps if you have them. If you are unable to do this or if it does not help, you may need to temporarily disable them and then try again.</
It looks like you purchased Entrenchment using a different email than what your account is registered under. You can use the following tool to transfer the registration to youor main account. https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/ You are going to transfer from the email that was used to purchase the game to the email which your main account is under. Once this is done you will have proper access to the gam

If it does not show up for some reason, try closing Impulse and running the following file: http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as othe
