I saw the update to win10 in the 'other queue. I have stopped all win 7 upgrades because i don't want Win10 (right now). Until some real solid data comes out about the end user agreements, AND how future upgrades of win 10 / payments to MS is revealed. It all seems way too invasive and future vague to me. My sleezeware alert keeps going off. BTW, I too really appreciate Seth keeping us informed. Rock on!
well, I have noted that the group of PUP/sleezeware (about 15) that keeps reinstalling themselves don't now that the dll is gone.

Herd protect flagged this dll an adware/pup suggesting I delete it. First time this dll cam up in herd-protect. Two other items come up inclusinve (as in many scans before, and are definitely OK. Did web search on this - and totally confused. Any suggestions? :)

Diplomacy is kinda 'broken' or lame. Only way for them to 'like you' is to have 'strong' military. There is a list of modifiers relating to your current 'relationship' with each sovereign - on the gov't tab (I think). It seems that the actual quality/str/yada of your mil units is not as important as the sheer number of units. So have lots of cheap garrison troops hanging about, use cheapies to 'patrol' the approaches to your

Yes, the AI loves having literal 'armies' of Pioneers wandering about. Why on ... would anyone stack 5 or six pioneers together with no escort? But, then again, since the 'monsters,' rarely attack non-player units- the AI pioneers are safe to wander with impunity.
