This is definitely a repeatable crash.. total system crash too.. well i shouldn't say that as much as the mouse is still operable. the music still plays but everything isnt responsive.. i can alt-ctrl-del and make out the resize cursor of my invisible task manager on top of the elemental screen but nothing will break it out except a reboot..

I cannot remember the error but i exited the game normally and it came up with i think a directx error and continued to close.. at least it gave me a dump file .. Dxdiag

i too have experienced the 'reverse video' effect ingame.. only lasts a turn and then goes away.. might come back in a later turn and then goes away again..

maybe similar problem but i started up first game after update... on the loader program i clicked the update button.. exited program and left me at the impulse program.. i figured it might throw you to impulse to update (even though i already had impulse open in the background).. ok.. played for 91 turns until i experienced my first whole computer freeze.. the kingdom screen crash didn't bomb me out straight away though.. but the blur/advanced lighting issues are still present.. more testing to come..
