Nevermind I got it down. I made a new user account, and just moved all my stuff from my regular account to the new one, and then deleted that account, and it solved the problem.

Well when I went to install the application one day instead of ignoring the error I got from ThreatFire (A virus protection program from PC Tools) I accidently clicked the part where it's suppost to completely remove the application or something like that.
