I haven't eaten breakfast since 1980 and I never will either. For one, unless you've been "active" most of the night instead of sleeping.. then your body has been doing nothing.. but idling.. therefore requiring nothing when you wake up.. you're not burning enough energy in your sleep to make breakfast imperitive.
