I've been playing the game for several days and I've found that this game is very similar to DOTA (a Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne map that was done by some very talented people, if you haven't tried it, you should to see how similar it really is: http://www.dota-allstars.com/). However, DOTA currently has more to offer than this game. Not to say this game couldn't easily out distance that map but there are some things that would need to change b

Some people just don't know how to communicate, thankfully everyone i've teamed with so far have been great :) Our oponents however...Had an UB raging like mad the other day about how he was losing to noobs because his team mate DC'd and he would have otherwise destroyed us. funny stuff.
I have problems with erebus in early game, then again I have problems with everything early game. Anyway, when it gets to mid/late game, Erebus just can't kill me, as Oak I just time my shield for when I see him doing a stun or if i get too low, after that I chuck up heart of life, and come out of it with full health/mana, A quick Penitence followed by Surge of Faith and my minions+Oak tear him to pieces. Often though I find Erebus runs away from me more than anything. Erebus isn't th
What is slowly coming to seem to work for me is a build much like yours--concentrating on DG buffs for the first few-to-several levels, then concentrating mostly on army buffs later on. Like you, the early game is harder than the late game. But what I do about this is--I just lay low during the early game, and try not to get killed. If enemy comes to me and I don't know I can win, I throw pent and run back to my towers. Minions I sometimes thro

Hi. I'm an Oak player, played a lot offline, only now started to play online. I have my own unique build that I play in multiplayer which starts off assasin-y but develops into a heavy general style. I have no problem late game as by then i just do whatever I want and no-one really can stop me. But at the start I get pasted. And I mean pasted, up until level 8/9 when I pick up surge of faith. Does anyone have any tips on increase my early game abilities, I.e being able to stand toe to
Early game, I run the fuck away, late game I just smash him in the face - though often I can't finish him off and he legs it pretty quick.
You probably should have thrown a penitence at him, then stood slap bang in the middle of 2 of your towers.
Movement speed is useless, by late game, if you're running away from me, I really dont mind, because i'm about to walk into your base and trash it anyway :P I can see how its an early advantage enabling you to chase people and get out, but its not that great, and I feel there are much better favor items available.
I think its because they dont do anything, just whack mobs. And they have no real synergy with other Sedna abilities, i.e some sort of cooldown attack thats affected by her aura ability? etc.
The ability to speed up time killed X3 for me.
Another game worth mentioning is Nexus: The Jupiter Incident. It was a brilliant game, think of it as a more story driven sins, with capships only and more fighter/bomber squadron control. Also it wasn't technically 4x. It was more of a story driven game. But it was amazing, and didn't get the credit it deserved. However...good luck tracking it down :P http://uk.pc.ign.com/articles/597/597842p1.html Happy hunting I guess [e digicons]x_x[/e]
