many thanks Xiandi, NrseBiker and CountryYokel [e digicons]:)[/e] Mike, I got it, actually I was confused as we call it "leg-guard" here. It was fixed onto the bike with all the other accesories like seat cover, rear view mirrors and the side guard. Here is a pic of the design I have on my bike-
