Did you uninstall fences and check if this problem persisits, Also it would be nice if you mention what application you are using to change your desktop background.
Just create your own fences as per your requirement on the left or anywhere on the screen , then just drag the recycle bin icon out of the fence and place it on the right bottom, I believe you have selected the option of default fences where the program creates its own layout. Im using the latest updated version of fences for a while now and never had any problem !!

Go to the Start menu> Default Programs and under "Set your default programs" check for the video file associations with the programs. For example you should have .wmv or .mpg associated with WMP incase you have some other media player installed, it should show up like I have GOM media player for .mkv
When using Windows Blinds, the 'Create , Edit and Sky and Fog buttons' in Bryce6 get permanently covered by the skin as shown in the screenshot and im unable to use them. The screenshot here shows 'Diamond' but it happens like this with all other WB Skins, though it works normal with default Vista Aero skin. Simply restore your system to a back date when dreams were working for you. This is the easiest possible way out but be sure to save your downloaded skins or other stuff since then before doing it.

Did you run Windows Update and check that under 'Ultimate extras' you've installed Windows Dreamscene. Also if you've done that, just uninstall and re-install deskscapes, if still the problem persists, then I feel, as vLite is a component to make Vista run faster, it has disabled dreamscene on your system.
If you would have visited the gallery earlier, you could have downloaded it but I requested for it to be pulled down from the gallery as the picture is not yours and you do not have permission to use it, if you get a permission from the original author of the image, I can re-upload it to the gallery. Don't get disappointed my friend, infact I would love creating another for you, but this time make sure that the image is yours or you have the permission to use it.

Infact I do not have any security software on my system except than Windows Defender and to be very honest my system never got infected in the past 5 years. And my notebook which had Kaspersky2009 installed on it, just got infected the last month. Can call it Bad Luck !!
