How can you say that they dont think they care about stats and then like literally the next couple sentences say how its really important to frogboy (aka the boss) to get them fixed. Someone from SD said earlier this week that theres supposed to be a hotfix out and its supposed to stop host-quitters from abusing the exploit and that alone will greatly balance out stat tracking issues.

Doubles is doable but if the host doesnt want randoms/doubles then dont do random or find another room. It may not be necessary but if thats the host rules then whats the point of fighting with him or her about it. As for wether or not i think its a balance issue. Well defenately lame, sorry it happened, i've had someone go afk in a match but never on purpose. Like they said get a SS and post it in the Hall of Shame next time so the community can shun them. What you'll soon find more annoying than that is beating good premade with your PuG only to have them all quit as they're about to lose and the game does not get recorded at all :( its a real heartbreaker.

Demo is done, now those devs focused on getting demo out might be working on 1.2 and whatever else. I'm just assuming they have a small team still focused on Demigod over at GPG while the work on SupCom2.

Someones win % isnt necessarily the be all end all. I've beaten a really good premade with some other PuGs and when i checked thier records, expecting them to be about the same or better than mine, i found they were well below 40% win ratio. But yes, i dont think bad players need to be joining games titled pro. I dont play those games myself because i dont think i am that good. Still, i just think stats, broken as they are, arent the defenitive measure of a players ability.</p

[e digicons]:pout:[/e] But yes, a 500 ping seems a bit high for a west coast east coast connection though. I'm in hawaii and i get a 150-250 ping in west coast matches and thats about the same distance.

Mines are annoying... that doesnt merit a nerf. The only thing i dont like is the 30% slow but mines arent easy to use, it takes some skill to use them effectively. Sounds like you went up against someone who knew how to do just that.

Well, if you've been playing the pirated version of the game and you have enjoyed it you should buy it [e digicons]:thumbsup:[/e] I dont have any problems getting games theres a decent amount of guys who play alot and the connection issues have been fixed for awhile. New demigods should be out soon, and hopefully mod tools will be made available soon for experienced modders/modelers to create some user content.
