I installed Object Dock and one of the skins or whatever you call them, but I can't figure out how to apply it. Can someone explain this to me, please?

Darnit! I lost my hard drive last weekend and just now got my puter up and running again... and i lost absolutley everything. All of the skins I had downloaded too. Now I have to start all over again. Should have backed up my stuff...I learned the hard way....

1. Does anyone know of a program like Object Bar that does not require XP? I have Windows ME. 2. Is it possible for me to change resolutions for wallpapers, desktop X, winstyles, etc. to 800 X 600 when they are in larger resolutions? I am not a registered user yet so I don't have some of the options to edit stuff yet. I want to buy the complete programs as soon as I can afford to do so. <BR

Please, can someone help me? Since the maintenance, everytime I download a WB skin it doesn't go to the right place anymore so I can use them. They are going to the Object Desktop folder in my programs file, instead of my WB's and they are not showing up in my display tab either. Why is this happening all of a sudden. WA
