You're got it partially backwards, a funded game can create more motivation to improve the game. For example , the guys that work on Dota have real jobs and things they like to do, working on Dota is a hobby. On the other hand, this IS Stardock's job. Can you join Pantheon with other players? I haven't heard any mention of this. You can sue anyone for nearly anything, the problem comes with getting it to court and then having it hold up in court. :P And the sticker Frog is talking about should be on the original box shipments (not the games themselves) that get sent to the warehouses? I've been told they're usually split up and then sent to individual EB games in regular shippments, usually with other games.

Don't get me wrong, as a business you have every right to see customers as living bags of cash, but it's nice when companies care a bit more.
