First make sure you load the 'Builder' program from your DesktopX folder. Right-click a shortcut and select 'clone'. This creates a copy directly over the original. Use CTRL+mouse to drag to the desired position and configure.

Strange, I loaded Aero-XP and that registers 0% CPU as well. Also, I looked at other various screenshots from different people and their's show 0%.
