Yea if we want the first part of the tournament to be done by the end of November, which is what I had hoped for, we should have a limit on the probations. I'm OK with how it was laid out as well.

I say we make a new thread titled HOW TO AVOID DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE TOURNAMENT and in that thread demand that sometime in the next 2 days teams get on vent and pm pacov, jongalt or me to say that they're still interested in playing tournament games. The main issue is that many of the teams are not on vent which is where most of the action for setting up games occurs. If the teams can't be bothered to install vent for use as an instant messaging system than they should

Orcun, Renzo and I have been on for the last few hours hoping for someone to show up. Doesn't seem like many teams care anymore about the deadline than they did last week. I don't think there's really any point disqualifying everyone and calling the tournament a failure though. Maybe we have to think about looking at it with a regular season/playoffs approach. For example, maybe we say regular season ends November 30th, playoffs for the top 4 teams start December 3rd.&

I asked pacov in game on Friday what his team was up to because I saw that they were all on and he ignored me, so we went ahead and played some random games, maybe soccer or cow were AFK. We're fine with other teams still wanting to practice but for some reason this feels like it's only a 6-8 team tournament even though I've been on pretty much all day since the tournament started.
