Try staff of renewal and no boulder until 11 with Rook sometime, you need any combination of Oak/Sedna/Ereb/UB as teammates for it to work best. You might miss out on a kill or 2 from not being able to stun, but it's the ultimate in pushing power if you're crafty enough to land some hammers without the boulder first.

Mith played very impatiently with every character, but if you caught him on the right day he could be quite dominant with UB. I mostly threw him in there though just because I needed a 3rd name to insult Zen, since I'm pretty sure he was implying that him and 2 other people who don't play anymore are the pro UBs. I'm guessing he says it's him, Kira or Koush, and Orcun.

Cheesus is 35-37 with this build, so saying he made it all the way up to 50 or so in the rankings with that play style is twisting the statistics for the situation. If you were being honest it would be more like: Cheesus made it all the way up to 50 or so in the rankings in spite of this play style, as TB is his least successful DG.

Other then with UB, I don't really like Heuberk, usually I'll have banded armor until I can switch it for Journeyman treads. Not sure know if I even want it at 1500. Maybe as Ereb I'd switch banded for Heuberk earlier if the price were dropped. The minion build questions I'm not really qualified to answer.
