Iunno, acclimation is pretty good against a TB and I'm wondering how a TB would deal with that. Also hedgie, I also think people overestimate Occulus late game. I think he actually starts to lag behind most Demigods when they hit level 15, especially when everyone gets beautiful boots and starts running everywhere.
