^Thanks pacov, it's a much better bracket. How come cow and jaws isn't part of the "white" group? That way you have one tier 1 team in each colour. I'm just anal though, it's not a big deal.
He's actually a nice guy, and is pretty good too. I think if his English was better, he might be able to better communicate with others and actually form a group to play with - that way he won't need to rage all the time.

pacov is going through a rough patch right now so it's understandable if he can't get back to all our concerns. When I get home, I'll make my proposed brackets prettier so people will actually take it more seriously. If no one has any concerns with that one, we should just start it right away. The brackets won't be as pretty as pacov's though.. I don't know what program he used. Hopefully he'll update it when he has time.

Thunder, let me recap for you how this whole thing went. I'll start from before the brackets were made. A: I think the brackets should be made like this... B: We don't have time for that. A: But... B: We'll take suggestions for the next tournament but I think we need to get this started. A: But... B: Ok the brackets are made. A: So the exact problem arises. You need to fix it like this.. B: We don't have time for that.

Since I'm not part of the tournament, it's not like I'd be upset if the bracket was left the way it is. But I would be withdrawing my pledge, because half the tournament is just a joke. And I understand there are more opportunities for tournaments, but I really doubt the game will survive long enough for a 2nd tourney as new games come out in the summer. This may very well be the very last one we'll have with this many teams. Might as well get it right as much as possible the 1st time
There's an easy counter but I can't share it at the moment.

^I'll do it, since I can do it at 5am in the morning while I'm multitasking. I'm also the alternate for Janook, considering he's part of the lovely GM. You know I love you pacov (at least I hope you do), but I don't think the brackets will jive with many people. I think it makes more sense to split the top tier teams among the 8 colours. We have 8 teams with Tier 1 players (Although there are a few other strong pairs in there): McShane & Orcun King_

So I've decided to retire from HoN for a few reasons: 1) The HoN community is just nasty. 2) Their matchmaking system is just terrible. 3) I pretty much got the just of it and there really isn't much more beyond that. I suppose this means more Demigod time for me. I do miss the feeling of at least being decent at something.
