while discussing balance is great and all.. I highly doubt any new change ideas brought about in this thread will in any way impact v1.3. That would be more for modding work.. people who actually care about the game and have time to devote to tweaking balances. Stardock is busy w/ elemental, and GPG has most definitely moved on and is releasing this to fix outstanding issues iirc. Ideally some of the stuff from uberfix.. but drastic changes to the citadel.. ok well.. good news then.. mobo was in transit to city 45 min north of me a couple hours ago. aka I should have it tomorrow morning. HOOOOORAY. If you'd like to play the games tomorrow.. I hope that would work out. Obviously I haven't talked to anyone else involved except you since you're the only one I see on the forums ;) Hopefully I won't be too drunk in celebration of having a computer again. Although it probably still won't work.

I wouldn't put tb that high up in the list, unless he's bots. I would put oak, sedna, and qot above tb. As mentioned above tho, it realllly depends on play-styles and the combo your team has. However, it's hard to quantify every little nuance that would change this up. Anyway, I would generally say reg, sedna, qot, bots tb, erebus, oak, fire tb, occulus / rook, ub. Things do change tho.. and some teams might have a different person get it. Meh.

Pantheon has been ruined for a very long time. It's not even a question of game population. If you're getting kicked from custom games, it's probably because you didn't read the title. If you're joining noob specific games and still getting kicked for low games / %, that's a different issue. An easy way around both is to host your own lobbies with noob clearly in the title.

^^ blade isn't effective w/ fire tb. A scaled helm / unbreakables lasts until ~ lvl 7, and a vlemish is g2g after that. BotF w/ over 6k hp, 30% default speed, and enough mana to blow anyone down before running out (better mana than bots @ 15 imo). It's possible in every single fire tb game (ref. Iamkira, Heros-Temp, Orcun, myself. Haven't come across many other fire tb's lately, but those are the ones that stood out to me who all played this strat).

bah. Turns out, after like 5 places in town are like "you're retarded you can't replace a capacitor" I found a guy who was like "ya they're like $5.. $15 after install" .. buut before he did it he noticed the bottom of mobo was a little darkened.. so he tested one of the chips right next to the blown capacitor and found out it was the original cause of the problem and couldn't be replaced. Anyway.. long story short.. friend ordering new mobo off Newegg and overnighting it

well.. honestly I was looking through Orcun's Karma, and stumbled upon this thread. Then I reread the thread.. and was depressed that this is no longer the case :( I didn't see a whole bunch of lobbies filled with premades.. but instead we've been playing ourselves and rarely the community. wooooo.. so.. I got my computer back.. and after taking the motherboard out I actually see the bulging capacitor. In the process of figuring out if it's replaceable and if that would fix it, or if I need to get a new one / finding an exact replacement. If I can find a place to do overnight for it I SHOULD have it tomorrow. Anyway, I totally understand DQ's and this tournament has been VERY lax.
