Yep this one is WIndows 98 theme, Windows 2000 has some other colors.
This transparent bug come from Windows Blinds. 1. Clean instalation Windows 10 21H1 and all aplication work correct. 2. When install Windows Blinds then i see glass bug on some app. 3. When i disable skining from Windows Blinds setting then bug is disapre.

Almost all skins from XP works correct on Windows Blinds 10. In some very old skins dosent work task bar.
Hi. I'm using latest WindowBlinds 10 under Windows 10 20H2 and 21H1 Dev Fast Ring . And when i use Ctrl + Shift + Esc then Task Manager has no Windows Blinds skin only default Windows 10 theme. But when i use Ctrl + Alt + Del and start Task Manager, then skins work correct.
