I had the same problem, stuck in the bottom 10% of the rankings for the entire tournament, but after an 11 match win streak it finally bumped me up to rank 200ish in tournament ladder last night, and like top 100 in overall ladder.

...they try to solo dual UB with 2000hp, die in the first minute, and then rack up countless deaths throughout the game ...they never seem to spend their gold on any citadel upgrades OR items in the first 20 minutes of the game
