Oh, and guess what? That damn swap works against a "level 3 shield"ed oak. However a game last night was funny, i shielded and hit the port, then i ended up back in the lane where the enemy DA was and the DA ended up at my citadel. j
OMG_Jongalt26
i agree Life, that would be awesome! (unless you have a dick teammate) j
Yea, the mana surge works on yourself, i think you get a +200 mana benefit when casting it on yourself for mana surge I. I would recommend spamming that on yourself as much as possible haha. I found that Vlemish + Plenor + Unbreakable will keep mana up for most fights, hungarlings is a great benefit when it can be afforded. The build that ive been messing with is chain, blast off, minotaur and mana surge. it seems ok. I have thrown a point of two into his bal
umm Life who here is stating that spirits aren't good? But they do have their limitations: ie. ooze beast, oak with surge, slam rook, TB, and yeti's of course. j
can i cry about it now please?
Epi & Sparky, i havent gotten any additional spirits beyond the 3 for level 1. Golgoth, i park spirits at the citadel for at least level 1 ward and sometimes (albeit rarely) ward II (only if i already have soul power though), i definitely pull them out when i get ward 3. j
Thanks for the info Frogboy!
I can't wait to play Occulus.
agree
I agree with Pacov, Frogbay and Stardock in general have shown a touch of class by releasing that report. Thanks SD, you've definitely earned my support. j
Yes, i would pay for more demigods. I would prefer to see an "expansion" package that contained demi's and maps however since the development time is so long for demi's i would like it if it didn't hold up the development of more 3v3 maps. I think we'll see more 3v3 maps when mod tools are released. However i agree with vindKtiv. There are reasons why consoles suck (for FPS, RPG, RTS etc games), map packs are one of those reasons. Please dont bring the suck to the
Narmoths is only good for the health and regen for a sedna, the life steal isn't effective due to her attack rate being low. With that being said i tend to wait until i can afford groffling, especially against minion and tower rook builds. Stacking speed at the beginning: It is typically more effective to get monks first, especially if you get swift anklet. You're able to split the monks for 2 lane healing and you will already be the fastest or one of the fastest dem
So you're the reason for the delay ntropy? Shame on you! haha K3strel - i find that for level 1 spirits and 1 point in soul power, it is better to park the spirits back at the base for the bonus since they are easily killed and you can only plant 1 ward. j
ntropy, i play a "hybrid" oak, i'll get you some replays tonight. However it's not "hybrid" till after level 11 lol. at level 15 i have max pen, max surge, shield 3, soul power 1, divine justive 1, and 3 levels in spirits. j
omg Epi, you posted that replay? Please don't watch it lol, during that game i had a work related phone call, my wife & kids (3yr old and 2 yr old) got home early and in-laws got here 30-45 mins early so i got distracted a number of times. i apologize to my teammates for that one lol. j
Fuck Infinity Ward and fourzerotwo j
Hedgie, i'm still playing a game or two nightly, then mixing a bit of DA in afterwards. I will not be buying COD6 and i've been a dedicated COD player since the original. Screw IW. Rawr went to warcraft, boooo lol. Clan Wars should have been made a priority :-(
I've modified my 'hyvrid' build somewhat and like the results, thanks kestr3l and poly. Shield Pen DJ Pen II SOF Shield II Shield III Pen III Hold SOF + Pen IV Soul Power Sprits, spirits, spiris SOF, etc.
Which favor item do you get? BotF, ring of divine might or??
Level 20 average attack dmg = 306 and her attack time is 1.13 therefore DPS is 270.796 oak is 290 Rook (the highest) is 327.
You need divide 1 by take the attack time (ie. Oak 1.45 seconds at level 1) and multiply it by the average damage (Oak = 160 at level 1) 1/1.45 =.69 .69*160 = 110. Attack time appears to be different from rate of fire. I don't know how the numbers correlate at this time.
First - Torchbearer Last - Oak
Here you go Yeodan. This might help. http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=pmbS09ByNPGE-hT1mq5_XBQ There are charts out there, be sure to take a look at them before continuing to make sure it hasn't been done yet. It would be great to see more though! j
Being in purge's "premade" i can vouch that we all have good connections, heck im running 5 mbits up on fiber. In a 5v5 game network traffic is minimal and didn't even use 10% of my connection (used a bandwidth monitor). All of the guys in the premade have at least 1 mbit up. In Purge's defense there are definitely issues with networking, however in Stardock's defense (I believe they assisted in the rewrite of the netcode) there are a lot of things to take into considerati
I'd love to see the animation for that one !
naa god would kick chuck's ass but would easily cave into Jack Bauers interrogations. Anyone remember Rise of the Triad's god pick-up? Good post Gol! j
Yeodan: 1. I play generals 99.9% of the time so i don't know. 2. well the obvious ones: Banded, nimoth, hauberk, groffling (i like to use these 4 for my oak builds) then there's unbreakable, godplate. Bloodstone & Narmoths (the rings are only good if you have high autoattack speeds) There there's: Girdle of the giants, bulwark & all fathers ring. 3. Vlemish is better up front (usually) becuase it provides regen wher
