How to avoid drooling in a rubber room. Don't absorb any information in the morning when you wake up. Wait at least 45 minutes until you are fully awake. Coffee or exercise for 45 minutes before absorbing any new information. Absorbing information before you are fully awake can cause unnecessary discomfort. When you are fully awake your mind and body are ready for a new mind blowing surprise.
