Tha mayas did spoke of an anniversary of one of thier leaders (or Gods, don't recall) back when ther calendar was made. That's in, in our time, the year 3000. so no, the world won"t blow up, it'll just be the marking of an astrological moment than some world wide catastrophe. But to play Devil's advocate, the calendar's good for 3000 years...and didn't Atlantis sunk some 3000 years ago?
LEADER MkII
Ah the joys of working in services.... I get my share of...troubled calls; most of the time it's just at the beginning. "Good day, thank you for calling [company name] , How may I help you?" "Yes, is this [company name]?" And I'm too polite that I can't just snap back at them. At least it's by phone and not face to face (easier to control your reaction on the phone)
Amen to that one, and to stay true to the embiance of the in-game pubs "Y"er mum suck Dwarf c*ck" Makes me laugh everytime I hear it....good times mature gaming at it's best with REAL consequences to your action..not just good ending/bad ending
Or a Freelancer type game in the Galciv universe. Just, you know, not sucking. Or a space shooter a la X-Wing/TIE Fighter
As side note,, for me at least, showing some sort of "support" for the competition seems more..."honourable" than just shovelling dirt in their faces. "Beau geste", if you will I had a mental picture of that: a bunch of Victorian gentlemen sitting in a salon, Stardock and Samurize are having an argument, little tension, but polite.
Stardock is run pretty close to, say, the COBRA or VENOM model. Totaly private, no outside influence, run by insane people and always trying to take over the world. I think...
If Brad's Cobra Comander, I want pics of Stardock's Baroness!

SIDE TRACKING INCOMING A little side note on what Raven X talked a bit: A white man shoots a white man- it's a crime. A white man shoots a black man- it's a Racist crime. It's happening here quite often (Canada) on anything: a few black guys do a home invasion, the cops arrive, shoots one (since he was armed wiht a pistol and was treathing/shooting at the cops) then the Black League comes around saying the cops (wh
Freespace was bad-ass: possibly one of the few (with X-Wing and TIE Fighter) space combat games I enjoyed and want to paly again. C&C General was bad..horrid bad: I mean "3D MAP WOW!!!" But your foot soldiers are a red upper body, a blue lower body and some rectangle pixel as a weapon..wow, nice going idiots. And Diablo 3: I saw screenshots, it's seems "World of Warcraft: After Dark" Kinda reminds me of Warhammer Online: All that grim, bloody
Can't confirm that with me Nesrie, I"m at Xbox360 #2, only because mine got stolen 2 Christmas ago, while I send my computers 3-5 times at the store to get repaired due to fuck-ups and whatnot.
These are not the droids you're looking for.
He can go along his business And- no they'll always be PC gaming..just with more DRM that you can shake a mouse at.
"Again" you say? more like "business as usual"
M&B is good, but I'm getting more and more cold to Warband...I do the multiplayer Beta, and if you're used to M&B, Warband's combat is very very VERY diffrent...not to mention we're facing a 2-Handed weapon fest instead of the "traditionnal" sword and shield combo...I suppose that's what happen when everyone and thier mother pitch in with their own idea on how that game should go
Well, they did launch a few Duke Nukem games here and there along the way...remember Manhattan...something something?
So yeah- anyone here's intreste din playing in a Star Wars Saga mIRc gma eon Mondays? Might as well ask around...we should have 1-2 spots to fill. PM me for info!

no rear-view mirrors..this ain't street legal yo. (but still a sweet piece of gear)
HAHAHAHAHAHA Le snap, good sir
I guess I'll simply loose the initiative then.
Frankly, I don't know what they could possibly do with DNF. Although it was one of the early adopters of the FPS alien-shooter genre, its original premise is now so cliche and overdone that it'd be suicide to stick to the original. I don't see it achieving anything noteworthy.
I know I'd play it (eventually) only for the crude adult humour, the strippers and Duke's classic one-liners...Sur
I have no idea why any serious company would use GFWL as their multiplayer service. I've seen what it's like to get a game going in Dawn of War 2, Street Fighter 4, and Resident Evil 5 and it's horrendous. I have a pretty fast connection, and yet I almost never see games with a maximum connection rating. I see tons of high ping games though. 'Automatch' games took a pretty long time to actually connect everyone, and inviting
The RPG we have in pre-production (very early pre-production) is targeting consoles as well as the PC.
Pics or it didn't happen. hehehehe.. seriously, this type of doing is taking it's damage on the PC: Look at the new Alien vs. Predator game; cleary made for console, but "fitted" for PC: so you got to hold a button to pick something up, but the same button, when only tapped
