your concept has many rough spots, relax on the visuals for now, and work on how his abilities fit the character, then get help with the balancing, then the visuals. good luck, this is an original idea for this game!

I have been thinking of this active ability: Cosmic Dance- it basically causes a chaos amongst enemy abilities; enemies are trapped within Nova's line of sight and their abilities are fired off effecting anyone at random (no cool down, each ability gets activated every two seconds). Nova is not effected by abilities. (Good for tormenting enemies who have good damaging abilities such as UB, DA, and such). asts 10 secs. Can only be active while at least two demigods are

This concept of the Bloodfiend is lovely! You have my blessings! In my note of wisdom, honor, and assistence, may I suggest making him a "night-elf"? His physique may be to your desire, although I recomend that of the prince from Hellboy II. I simply suggest in making him a dark-blue elf with glowing red vein lines through out his body
