What are you still doing commenting on the Rebellion forum Astax? I thought you said goodbye to pc games because Sins Rebellion required steam integration?
Lol when I first saw it I was like cool I could build a full titan with only tier 1 research? Although I want to see a debate on whether or not the Titan research should start at Tier 1, perhaps maybe even 4 with at least all of the other combat weapon system upgraded first. Not only that, each tier should requires all of the weapon research that is available before research that tier of titan. Although this is more a modding/balance iss
Culture was always able to spread through start (at least as long as you had enough culture centers). And it is supposed to overthrow enemy planets if it is given enough time. The AI needs to be improved in countering enemy culture by the way.
Hmm one titan warship is overpowered enough. The dev's should fix this ASAP lol.
You know that thing on the left when a capital ship gains a level and a new squadron at the same time, is actually a fist like in the Rebellion logo, only it is quite hard to see and the use of it is still unclear to me.
The AI is currently being worked on. There are lots of issues with it, the fact that AI players' capital ships keep jumping between two adjecent owned gravity wells being one of it's most important failures. Also, the AI is not even able to move it's titans yet, which also needs to be addressed. If you try the Cruel or Vicious difficulty you might have a bit of a better challenge at the moment, since with that massive income advantage the AI is still able to spem a go
Hrm, yeah, all I see is my faction's emblem - not icons for the ship types. I wonder if this is indeed a bug, then?
Could you maybe post a screenshot of one of your gravity wells here? If I can have a look at it I might be able to tell if it is indeed a bug or that certain UI elements are disabled in your Options menu for some reason.
Hmmm it worked fine with me when I send it into a Space Junk well and an Asteroid Belt. Also, the colonize ability didn't have any issues with me either. I'll make sure to have a closer look at it, though. Thanks for telling.
I agree with you that the AI spams way too many Novaliths at the moment. I played with a few random AI behavoirs though, so it may just be the Fortifier AI that does this. Anyway, my game turned into a gigantic Novalith armageddon after an hour or two. I was forced to put up starbases at almost all of my planets so I wouldn't lose them. Pretty annoying for sure.
Looking sexy in such low quality. [e digicons][/e]

If that thing can regen 2760 hull points per second it is impossible to take itdown, especially if it regenerates 1380 antimatter per second aswell. Though I think when the Vasari are released as a playable race it will not be that overpowered.
I just entered a Pirate Base with my titan (I was playing TEC Loyalist so no research enabled that made me friends with the pirates) after it was obliterated by someone's Novalith Warhead. So the pirates in the game were no longer active, yet the turrets and ships in that Pirate Bases' gravity well were still all there. The ships assaulted my Ankylon as they always do, but the turrets were just doing nothing, not even when my Ankylon was well in their firing range. T
It means IMMINENT DOOM!
Nice necro lol.
Same. On trinity it took me ages to find them lol.
You do know that they nerfed the Novalith cannon...right? Yesterday one of my asteroids got hit by a Novalith Warhead and I didn't lose control of it. I did have a Shield Generator around the planet, so maybe that does actually have influence. I'm not sure though.
It happened to me at some point in a 5vs5 on the Aurelian Sector map that the game started lagging extremely badly. Thoug after a minute or so it all disappeared. THis has most likely to do with the AI trying to figure out a specific action, though I have no clue what action that might be...
When you play Rebels a TEC Loyalist ally will show a faction inclination of -5.00 and vice versa. This means the dev's did actually integrate faction differences already...
I kind of like that shotgun ability effect. It looks cool and damages the shit out of enemy ships.
Yeah it happened to me aswell on different maps. This sucks balls because fighting flets that contain no capital ships is simple too boring and too easy. Don't mind my language by the way, I am drunk at the moment and it is 5:24 AM in Holland as I write this...
Actually, since the AI doesn't know how to use capital ships anymore, AI players became way too easy to beat, even on cruel difficulty (while cruel always was a nice challenge for me in Diplomacy).
So many people do not understand this... Even when it specifically says so at the description of each titan prototype tech... People:
