1)i think the vasari should have a second HC with multiple phase missle launchers the tec a factory cruiser that can produce frigates and the advent idk a psionic surge cruiser

is hard also because to make a working tesla beam effect you need to use random elevation at the points of the beam its a hard effect unlike the other effects the game uses
