I trust IronClad that for $30 I'll be getting plenty of new content worth that money. Sins is my favorite PC game ever, I love it so I'd even buy it for $60.

That sucks, I bought the GOTY of vanilla Sins and then bought the expansions on Impulse.
Thanks Goafan, seeing the Kol class in battle is amazing but I can't play it for too long just cause I'm afraid of putting too much IR on the TV but hopefully that will help.
If not already mentioned then more commands to give to A.I. allies, like I'm working with the Advent in a very long game, I helped the Advent destroy and nuke a planet for colonizing but they wouldn't send a ship to colonize it, the enemy culture wasn't a problem as after 10 minutes of waiting I just said **** it" and colonized it myself.
Same would have been for me but I ordered it through Amazon and had it delivered 4 days later.
That would be awesome if we could get a new one, I have a 50" plasma that looks so much better clarity and color wise that my 15" LCD laptop screen.
Not sure if this is the place to ask but I was wondering if there is going to be an option to turn the hud transparent or opaque I think it's called. Sins and a few other games I like to play on my HDTV as it looks better on my plasma than my LCD monitor however while my plasma is fine against burn in I was hoping there might be something just to help limit the image retention. If there is no option could one possibly be made? Thank you.
Hello, I went to play my Sins Diplomacy and now for some reason it minidumps on start up. I installed the SoA 2 mod, played fine, disabled the mod and went back to playing Diplomacy 1.31 just fine except for today suddenly when it minidumps. I have a 2.6 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo Vista Ultimate 3.5 gigs of memory. 8600M GT that I recently updated a week ago and Sins worked fine after. 73.9 gigs of free space. &nb
Just a suggestion, you guys should see about meeting up with a good quality diecast model manufacturer and consider selling Diecast models of the ships from SoASE, You could sell them for $15 bucks from the Sins store so I could play......I mean collect them. I think that this depends on the quality that they'd want to get from the models, and the amount they want to sell; do they want to sell large quantities, or do th

It's believed the first time you play SoA you'll get a minidump just as I and others have mentioned, if you start it up again though you should have no problems.
I love this mod! This for me is what Star Trek Armada II should have been, thanks guys. Oh and I had one minidump that happened 5 minutes into my first game but have been playing a long game for at least 3-4 hours with no problems.
^ Nicely put. I'm sure we all had a difficult time starting out with Sins and if he needed help all he had to do was spend half the time he did in that first post to simply ask for help.
Yeah and that makes it ok to bitch out the devs and say the game belongs in the trash? No it doesn't. He was an ass about it and frustration aside he could have just asked for help.
I have to agree, you don't deserve this game. Do us all a favor, leave it in the fucking trash, forget your username and password for this site, don't come around here again and have a great day.
I don't trust I'd be good enough for online, I love just playing the AI's in very long drawn out games where I'm role-playing that my race is trying to survive and thrive with 3 other hostile A.I's.
I don't mind land based stuff but I wouldn't like it in Sins.
February 22nd and please include a diecast model of a Kol Battleship for a Collector's Edition.

And why should I trust you, last time I trusted some one I woke up in a Denny's with 1 kidney, half naked and a wolverine giving me a BJ so I don't think I will trust you. No offense, you didn't even give me info, the guy above you gave more.
Dude, do you still have that wolverines number?
TBH I pirated sins about 5 months before entrenchment's release. Yeah, I did it. BUT!!! I was so impressed with the game and excited I went and bought it as soon as i could save up the money, scrapped my old files, and I've actually tried contributing to the modding community as of late, I already have about $45 stashed away for Rebellion . I admitted my wrong doings and today I own a hard copy of Sins OG(original game) and a copy of trinit
Kinda sounds like diplomacy is a little tougher but more fun.
So now they are still capable of allying with a human player and other AI's ?
Hey guys, I just downloaded the new update today but I'm working so I can't play it, one thing that's concerned me and I'm not sure if I'm just not reading the forums right, is diplomacy between the AI's more difficult now?
I can live with it, just something to look forward to in Sins 2.
^ That's an awesome idea.
