That's the beauty of separate accounts, each user has their own set-up. You would need to have WB set-up on the other user account also.

For each different type of skin there is a program to run it. With Bootskins you would need to click where shown in the picture. Much the same for all the other programs. [Message Edited]

I do not use them either but I agree that they need to be skinned for the ones that do. I do not use Quick Launch either but it is part of a totally skinned WB.
