Hit print screen while you have your desktop showing and you can paste it into any paint program "windows paint will do". Save as and a drop box will show, you then pick jpg.

Go to Edit Account at the top of this page, under Optional Settings the third line down is Upload / Edit your desktop image . The rest will be easy.
