IRC... I've been around on it for a while, about 4 years now, for starters. I've hung around channels that were pretty decent four years ago, and then it sent rocking sliding downhill... and guess what? I'm an op in those channels. The only set back is, I'm a female, and I look out for our female population...which is all of 5 people in a 30 person channel. Well gee, majority doesn't work very well, does it? Everytime I bring up some topic for banning, I get my ass chewed out.

During the weekdays, it stays on top of the chart. During the weekends, it kinda falls off =P.
