It's all a matter of perspective. Personally I think it's insane you need to agree to lengthy legal jargon just to play a game regardless of when it's presented. I can't wait until I have to sign a licensing agreement to acquire a loaf of bread. Also, I see those as incredibly similar to the warning labels placed on food / drinks. They are there specifically to prevent lawsuits over seemingly obvious issues

the optimum number of harvesters per expansion is 16 for mineral nodes (2 each) and 3 per gas. This has been shown to be better over 3.. but you still create more so when your next expansion gets up, you maynard over some workers and leave 22 (16 mineral, 6 gas). Whether you do 2 or 3.. it's all way better than 1.
well.. with 5 abilities, you're 1 too many or short 1. Most DG's have 4 abilities, but TB for ex. has 6, 3 ice and 3 fire with the 4th slot for changing between ice / fire. Same with QoT, but 4th slot is open / closed form. So, there's that. Also, the orbs are very similar to an ability already in game. Occulus can summon balls of lightning that explode after taking a little damage. Also I don't understand the intent of your first ability. Shadows

Worms was definitely a sweet game.. I really just enjoyed playing it at lans tho.
Actually.. quite a few ppl have figured out when to expand the first time, and it's almost always very early. They also know how to hold off attacks with cannons, bunkers, and spinecrawlers to defend the early expand. All 3 races have a pretty safe early expand route, the question is really when to take the 2nd expansion.
I would agree and disagree with a lot of what you said KingBingo. Saying "I got fs1" is just as useful as "I got cur1." It's really a testament to your skill level, but you can notice cur1 being purchased just as easily as fs1 when you watch your income rate. The GSL SC2 tourney is currently underway in South Korea! Total prizes of $500,000 with $87,000 1st place, $26,000 2nd place and down from there. Pretty awesome if you're into SC2. Some amazing strategies coming out of the tourney already, and a LOT of great games. They have live English commentary every morning @ 4 a.m. CST (6 p.m. Korean time) where they stream all the sets and interviews with the winner for free. Also, they post the 1st set of each match onlin

Except you can't move a tower anywhere like you can move a medivac. TP to a tower is much more like protoss warping in units @ a pylon or warp prism, or a zerg using a worm.

currently there are 23 ppl in game or lobby. Community has pretty much died out entirely with almost 0 forum activity except among ppl who still keep in touch. I would not personally recommend this game at all anymore, sorry.
