Windows RT is an os for ARM processors. only software compiled for these processors will work. the images are stored in imageres.dll. i don't think there is a resource hacker for Windows RT though.

this looks very nice. a few things i noticed: - the right edge of the "button-area" looks cut off. a little shadow as on the left eddge would help. - the minimize button uses a glyph the means "download" in most interfaces. - a little noise on the dark grey lcd would make it look better (easiest done with the inner glow layer effect).
